Go to a few networking events and chat with the people that are actually buying real estate (or whatever you want to do in real estate).

If they have employees then that means they know basic payroll laws, upon which, if you follow my suggestion in attending those seminars hosted by your state's small business agency/department, you will have all the info yourself.
