Newbie from Lake in the Hills, IL

Hi, This is Scott.  I just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. I'm a new member and was a real estate agent previously. I bought and sold pre-construction condo's in downtown Chicago for many years. I also have a rental in the suburbs and a rental in AZ. I want to start purchasing properties to either flip or hold for rental income. Even though I live in Chicago I'm a huge Steelers fan.........yes we are all over. :-)
