I am a pet owner and animal lover myself, and I would hate to have to give up one of my pets as they are like family, but sometimes adults have to make adult decisions 

Personally I am reducing a bit because prices are approaching replacement costs and also (mainly) because of emotional support this and comfort animal that.  

As for offering the right amount and getting the offer accepted, thats a whole other animal here in Palm Beach.

It is a completely different animal and requires a much different skill set.

You would need to sell off to get the maximum equity out and 1031.Apartments can be great but they are a different animal than houses for managing and doing repairs.

The poly dries quick and every couple years I just mop the floors a couple times and add a few more coats and they will look new again.
