Hi, everyone! In the first 6 months of this year, we made 125 wholesale deals in Denver and Seattle in total this year. Now, we are about to start a new market in Austin this July. Can somebody help me identify the best title companies and 5 BEST REAL ESTATE AGENTS in Austin? Thank you!

I am recommending @David Ivy as a top agent in Austin. We had a 4 month long battle with our seller and lender. David was very helpful along the way and I could not have done it without him. If anyone needs an agent for investors David is the man.
