 I am a Maryland REALTOR of 11 years and desire to invest for myself. Looking to learn from those that have successfully taken the plunge!

Am excited to learn about creative means to fund my first few deals out of the gate. As well as how to make the numbers work in my best interest!

@Aprile Crawford welcome to BP. There are a lot of REIA meetings in the area. The BWI meetup is my favorite. There is a pretty big investment community from Baltimore here on BP. Many like @Anil Samuel and myself show up regularly.
