That is a problem.I'm not trying to diminish the risk of lead, but if the law doesn't recognize you as an expert, you aren't, and if you haven't engaged one, you are just guessing, so disclose as such.

I am a believer in having a license (I'm a broker and have been investing since 2000).You must be careful when assigning a property that you don't engage in brokerage activity by improperly advertising your assignments.
