Hey BP!

I've been part of BP for a few months now, but this is my first time posting on this forum.

I've been studying RE for months now, mostly BiggerPockets forums and books. I have also teamed up with an investor and we have closed on 2 deals and have 3 under contract at the moment.

I don't really have funding for these deals, just a good sense of analytics. If you have any suggestions, please message me or leave a comment. I look forward to posting and engaging on BP.
