Also apparently all I'm required to do is give them the mold handout which I did, I'm immune from civil liability according to the WA state RCW below and the mold hand out that I gave them apparently tells THEM how to control mold.

As a suggestion I went to Builders First Source on Washington Ave.

It seems hard to hit near the 1% rule in Orlando unless you buy on the west side of orlando but looking at crime maps is it too much of D/C neighborhoods there? 

Sam's Club left WA State a couple of year ago.

If I still lived in Washington State I would be there to organize a change.

My hobbies are ...keeping up with my kiddos (15,16 and 18), keeping my adorable wife happy, paragliding, downhill/backcountry skiing, surfing and outfitting my sprinter van with gadgets that I may never use because I'm too busy and too broke to go road tripping:-)  I started with a smallish self storage facility in washington state, bought a few local commercial properties, and a handful of houses both local and out of state.  

Can someone recommend any good regional banks/institutions they are working with.For reference I am in WA, and looking at properties in state as well as out.Thanks
