What are are your Top 5 markets in US for SFH? I would like to see some good discussion on how other investors are feeling.

I like Phoenix (low property taxes), Houston, Dallas, Orlando, and Tampa.

@Andrew Kahle you are right about the 1% rule being scarce. Orlando proper is really a long term appreciation play right now. Buy southern something that pays for itself and you will have appreciation later. Although I do see 1% deals from time to time but they go fast. I'm always looking when I see something that works I move quickly.
