be careful with this one.. they are running low on funds and are trying to trick you into doing something stupid so 5 he judge will rule in their favor.Document, I repeat,  document everything immediately and sent them a letter certified of the fact that this if first you hear of the issues.

This 'trick' will fool a plug bug (at least, most plug bugs) into reporting the outlet as grounded, which is enough for most home inspectors to stop looking.

That being said, I think all the tricks in the world won't do you any good unless the tenants know to prioritize paying rent first.
