I have Zoho CRM and can't figure out how to use it...

Anyone know where I can go to learn how to customize this CRM? I tried to import my leads list into it, and cannot do it properly because I can't figure out how to put in the mailing address and the property address. It seems to only want to do one or the other. Any suggestions?

I have nothing to add here but sympathy. I am just diving in to a CRM myself and can't figure the damn thing out.
