It's a very desirable neighborhood w/ good schools, hence the high taxes.

The benefits that I will be receiving will make school practically free for me.

I'm searching for a school in the Atlanta/Marietta area to get my pre-license education in the classroom.  

Etc"Another idea is if its an up and coming neighborhood to talk about new businesses owning up in the near future nearby ; or anything related to the school system would be a big hit I imagine as well.

Inferior quality of public schools.

Since high school I've envisioned on and off of being a real estate investor of some sort, though I knew nothing about real estate and furthermore what avenue of real estate I would be drawn to.

Depending on the neighborhood and schools, this could net you decent appreciation if you are holding for retirement and just want the tenant to pay the bills in the meantime. 

But, the other thing to remember is that I'm targeting areas with A++ schools.
