Newsletter ideas...
As an agent I'm starting to "farm" my subdivision. I wrote a newsletter talking about the road construction that is happening just outside our subdivision. So far it has gone over well and people don't feel like I'm just trying to sell to them.
As a homeowner in a subdivision what kind of information would you find valuable? I need some more ideas for newsletters.
Thanks
