I'm possibly starting an online business soon and registering it in the US but that hasn't happened yet.Is real estate investing possible for me?

I hear so many different things from people online it just keeps me confused and prevents me from taking the "next step".

Ive said this house needs a second bath right from the start and have gotten nowhere(even the realtor said it needed one), the biggest problem I see in this scenario  is that I really wanted and needed someone who has done many of these with the mindset of the investor/REIA  to walk me through, not my dear hubby who although very talented in what he is capable of doing isn't very good at organization, timeliness, of follow through, therefore he has now quit on me and Im stuck trying to learn AND figure this out and not lose my shirt in the process.I had my realtor walk through the job with me and try and help refocus me but I really even need the financial piece played out at this point .

So extending it up to gardners basin is a good play for future events, business, tourism and safety.

Handed out my first 10 business cards yesterday (to my mom :-)) so now my mind is playing tricks on me. 

The key to it all is maintaining corporate filings and documents, both with the state and internally with the LLC itself, and to document the entire structure with an LLC agreement that is specific to real estate and is not just a generic LLC agreement that you can find online.

If you're a good enough negotiator you can play them against each other, "you know bank X said they'd do Y, could you match that or help me out?"

If employers search online before hiring someone, landlords should absolutely search before renting to someone too. 

Right now it's my opinion that fix and flips are the best play as it's really hard to make the numbers work to hold properties.
