Getting Started in the RE Biz...

Sooooo....I finally leaped!  My company is official.  Handed out my first 10 business cards yesterday (to my mom :-)) so now my mind is playing tricks on me.  "Am I ready to answer calls?"  "Can I deliver?"  "What if I can't meet the RE needs of the callers?"  OMG I am low-key freaking out.  Aside from handing out business cards, I've been telling friends and family about my new RE company and how I've been studying RE for years.  Now I'm getting messaged about finding them they're own rental properties.

Our business mission is to buy, sale and lease properties.  We only have one rental under renovation and I'm having a hard time finding funding for the next property.  The ball is rolling and I don't know if I can keep up.  Any advice is welcomed!  Please!
