I live in Phoenix and I have a property in Milwaukee WI, My question is : I wanna form an LLC for tax reasons and of course for liability protection. Where is a good place to do that in WI or AZ ???

I advise clients to open in the state where the rental is. I'd recommend talking to your attorney as well.
