Cuz you can just use a third party app like bookerville or liverez which makes everything pretty much automated, and Ive talked to really good marketing firms who charge like $1500 a month, which if you had 10 properties in a building, thats $1600ish per property per year, which is probably 1-2% of sales, max.

Problem is, when I open the zip file, I cannot determine which files to use to enjoy the book.Ultimately, I hope to read the digital file on my iphone thru the Kindle app, and I hope to listen to the audio file on my iphone.

I found a website called GetApp that allows you to compare up to 4 apps for features and functionality (thought I'm not sure how outdated this information is) but it displays a list of features that seem to apply.

@Christian Nachtrieb without looking at your plans (mobile app won't allow) I'd have to say that in general a larger kitchen sells better than a larger bathroom.
