Downloading books for store

This question may get an eye roll or two, but I need to know. I purchased the book Real Estate Note Investing, including the audio and digital versions. The confirmation email from BP included a zip file, which I guess includes the audio and digital files I seek. Problem is, when I open the zip file, I cannot determine which files to use to enjoy the book.

Ultimately, I hope to read the digital file on my iphone thru the Kindle app, and I hope to listen to the audio file on my iphone. 

Any suggestions on how to get there?
