I've been using Craigslist as a default for years, but want to plug into the latest site or app that tech oriented people are likely to use.Any ideas which are the best/most popular?

Since you are a tech guy, it wouldn't take much extra work to throw together a quick Wordpress site to advertise your rentals.

. :) I grew up in GA but born in Miami, so a huge Canes fan, and went to GA Southern and Ga Tech so no way can I be a GA fan.

Just wondering if the younger high tech folks are bypassing the check register with data going directly into QuickBooks or what have you.

Just a sad case of hyperbole  people wanting to believe in the dream and a very good marketer with a huge following.. so not sure why anyone who would think a guy from tech background would be some great real estate rental house provider... its a tough gig   it really is.

Looking for a great CRM system I'm using freedomsoft right now and it's great but it's lacking some stuff such as saving past leads and responding to them later in the future (auto reminder to my iPhone) I heard great things about salesforce,podio and base but I'm not very good at the tech stuff any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
