Hey guys - just join the forum, been snooping around for the past few months. Loving all the of the great information on the site! I currently live in Birmingham, AL and am looking to start with rental properties - its been a bit tough to pull the trigger on such a big move. I currently own a townhome with a 15 year mortgage - worried about having 2 payments - I have a steady FT job with a good income. I have been looking in the centerpoint area with multiple homes between $40k-$60k. Looking forward to getting to know some of you guys, and becoming an asset to the community.
