Functional but hideous. 

I pretty much never look at those houses thinking the roof, HVAC, water heater are going to be functional/have more than a few years left.

There are functions on both the VRBO and Airbnb sites that allow you to sync your calendar across platforms so that if someone books on one platform, it automatically blocks the dates on the other platform.  

I'm unsure whether you simply divide that annual payment by 12 ($555.88) or if you change the payment function to =pmt(13%/12,30*12,$50000,0) --> $553.1.

The fireplaces are not functional there. 

The biggest problem facing our nation's future is not the federal government lacking the funds to spend and meet its obligations but rather having the assets for the economy to function on.

I do not understand what the function is explain the premise and I will try to determine if it is a scam or not.
