I break out the sprayer , find as much left over light color paint I can find and start spraying , the old wood sucks up the paint , so I use up left overs I get from where ever .

In fact, high-end homes are selling too but comparatively speaking, anyways.According to the Wall Street Journal, sales of homes priced between $750,000 and $1 million rose 53% in October, when compared to the same month one year ago.

I know that works.Instead of paying those guys $500, that would pay for ten really big guys to go talk to them in the way they could understand, you know, with hand shakes, signs, colors, etc. and make it very clear to them to knowck it off and get quiet.

I say preflip because what we do is go into a property and trash it out, spray all walls ceiling and trim eggshell white, spray the outside of the outside with kilz2 with a color tint one color, clean the lawn, cut it and put mulch down.
