I heard an interesting strategy by a local apartment complex recently and thought it was worth sharing. To go the extra mile and really wow their tenants they allow you to choose the colors of two accent walls in the apartment. They only have four choices but it really seems to wow the tenants and go the extra mile to help them feel at home. Such a simple strategy that helps tenants feel at home
