I have talked to a few property management companies, checked on rentometer and also few apps that have current rental listings in that area.

I know there are a bunch of apps out there for property information, what is your go to app?

Are they on the meet-up app?

I have also been using Tellus App now for quite some time and have had nothing but good experiences with it.

For tracking, you can use Excel or any of the expense tracking apps - just google "Best expense tracking apps" and read some reviews.

@Justin Farman Quickbooks is pretty popular here too, Quickbooks Desktop Pro or QBO Plus will work in tracking multiple properties by setting up each property as a Class.

I have downloaded a few free apps to help with real estate investing but i would like to also set Podio to automate more data that I use when investing like tax date, deed, etc.
