Need help with Podio

Hello, I'm trying to use Podio more with helping me save time tracking down off market properties to flip/ future wholesale.  I have downloaded a few free apps to help with real estate investing but i would like to also set Podio to automate more data that I use when investing like tax date, deed, etc. I was wondering if any one has any experience or advice in automating that.
