Water damage and pet urine are hard things to overcome when re-finishing a hardwood floor.

Though there is risk-return trade off, otherwise Dahl's pet rock and Google would not exist. 

No kids, pets, not a whole lot of damage to manage, mostly people looking for a quiet weekend getaway.

Larry Goins (National speaker) will be educating us on July 27th and we are hosting a free barbecue at Okeeheelee park on August 13th with face painting,bounce house and plenty of food for the whole family.

What is your pet policy? 

I don't like to allow pets in the duplexes due to people being closer together.  

Not sure about the all of the areas, but those close to downtown will reap the benefits of being close to Penn station, the new restaurants on Market Street and by the Prudential Center, and the  Whole Foods, which I think is set to open next year.

If the numbers don't work out then it's simply not worth it.I feel like you are trying to find an excuse to buy that expensive airport food because you are stuck in the airport.
