Duplex vs SFH for buy and hold investment

So I have been investing in SFH as buy and hold and have 4 so far. I came across a duplex that I might be interested in. it is 3 bed 2 bath with a garage on each side with separate utilities/ water. my question is what are the pros / cons of duplex vs SFH. I am thinking of this duplex as 2 SFH since everything is separate. That is if I get it for the right price (the price of 2 SFH)

Thanks

We like duplexes, they have great cash flow, but they do have a few things that are different.  Like you being responsible for lawn care.  Or attracting a slightly lower tenant quality.    And being closer to neighbors, so not getting along.  We've heard some interesting stories due to thin walls.  I don't like to allow pets in the duplexes due to people being closer together.  If the place gets pests or rodents you have to take care of it because the neighbor could be causing it.  But, if the numbers work, we love them!
