We are interested in cash flips!!!

We are paying $1800-2200/year to have statements prepared and taxes done.  

Whether this is using something like Facebook Ads or Google AdWords or just going to local events and handing out business cards with your URL on them.  

Even looking at the flip market here in Indiana we are still very pleased with the numbers. 

We are set to close on 9/15- and now I am unsure.

My name is Paul D. and my wife (Nitza) and I just recently have returned to the States as we have been living the last +3 years in Yangon, Myanmar and also have been spending time in our home in Ecuador.Now that we are back in The Woodlands/Conroe area near Houston we are looking to get are current real estate investments in order (three single family homes in this area) as they have been rented the last +3 years and we are looking at utilizing the equity we have in these properties so we can invest and buy/sell more properties.

However, this explains the lower prices for the intimate cabin setting that we are looking for.My investor wants something close to an services and attractions, hence opportunity for vacation rentals, when not used by the primary owner; but, still have the ability to provide a private intimate/eco-friendly setting for those wanting to get a way from it all.
