Any one investing had any luck with flips with this resource. I am trying to figure out if it is worth putting into my monthly marketing budget. Starting with approx 200k we want to make 330k buy the end of the year doing 6 Flips. We will be investing in the Charlotte area. I am eager to join the local Reia.
