I note in the advertisements that a google voice number is used for privacy reasons so potential tenants don't think the number is a scam (it announces to the caller that it IS a google voice number). 

They think "is this a scam."

I was never informed of this until recently and I don't know how he could have sold my property without my consent but it may have been another scam he could have planned on the potential buyer.Ironically, I got the news of McNutt's arrest from another management company I hired after McNutt and terminated also within a short period of time because they were going out of business without telling me ahead of time.  

I am skeptical about hiring an attorney who will devote the necessary time to get it done.

Buyer beware of Linda Labbe she wholesaled, which was not even a wholesale it was a referral to Ronald Wilson in Toledo who has totally scammed us!

Because I devote so much time to each client I like to keep some info specific to their needs, instead of posting exact inventory, you would miss out if I do that.

That may be bold but with that income I would be able to devote more time to my software company instead of selling insurance.

Most of these are advance fee scams.

This Due Diligence fee scam is older than most other scams...A true lender will want you to pay for appraisal and credit app.. and or as suggested a small app fee say 100 bucks or so..In my HML days I never collected anything up front..
