Baltimore City Lawyer
I currently own a note in Baltimore. The property is vacant and the borrower has a primary residence in another part of the state. The second mortage may have been satisfied ( I will know for sure after the title search). I have the payoff amount and attorney fees for the back taxes and will pay on Monday.
I would like to get the deal done by doing a deed in lieu.Should I hire a lawyer to aggresively pursue the borrower and make that happen? I am skeptical about hiring an attorney who will devote the necessary time to get it done. Or does someone recommend a service that will do this aggressively?
Thanks
