looking for: Investment property buyer agent
Hello~ We're looking for our 2nd investment property (interested in a fourplex) in the Sacramento area and would like to see if anyone knows a good agent that is knowledgeable in investment properties that can help us with the search. We're very new and need someone who can ask the right questions and provide us with good insights. Thank you so much!!

@Ying Lan, good luck! Definitely don't short change yourself on rent, depending on the size of your units and location (as @Kelli D. said), your rent could easily be higher if you're in an above average neighborhood.
Let me know if I can help! Happy to look over any market rent ideas you have or help you get a better gauge there :).
