Me being a cashflow investor would say sell those and invest out of state with more favorable rent to value ratios (I started in Seattle too) but as you can tell on this platform a lot of cooks here in the kitchen.

Crowdfunding platforms and syndication's are a good way to invest.

In Cozy’s defense, and I don’t even utilize their services, this could happen on any payment platform as the reversal wasn’t done by the platform itself but by the tenants financial institution.

To me this is another form of revenue stream and it’s absolutely congruent with the theme of the BiggerPockets platform.

For specific investor relations platform we use IMS. it's expensive but effective.
