Hi all,
I am looking to become a passive investor in Houston area and where do I find groups that I can invest in as passive investor?

I'm sure there are plenty of people who wouldn't mind doing the legwork if you fund the deals. But I don't know if it's ever truly passive, especially in the beginning, you need to be somewhat involved. Make sure to vet anyone's operation before doing any deals with them. There's lots of really good salespeople who sound great in this business who have never done anything. Track record is everything in this business, you don't want anyone to be learning on your dime.
