Should I try to find a part time assistant who can arrange for bids?

I hear people all the time (like on the BP Podcast) describing how they call, or even have Virtual Assistants call, and the hosts praise them for their brilliance.

Obviously, the companies will try to boost up the rental to entice you to choose them as they indicate they can get this rent; however, I've had analysis done with separate companies both came back with similar figures ~$2100/month rental (they have not performed an in-depth analysis just based on location etc). 

My assistant called and told them what we were doing and was able to get the Land Use Permit changed to allow it. 

Most lenders learned their lessons, and also have better procedures in place today to assist borrowers in financial hardship. 

My hope would be to highly offset my cost of living so I could put more money aside for a future investment.I'm located in florida, I was saving/planning for the lowest possible down payment and getting first time homebuyer assistance for closing costs.

I feel that I have to do that before letting a Managment/ contracting team assist.
