Final Make Ready Repairs

Posted

I have a 4/2 SFH in a small town outside of Zanesville in Southeast Ohio. It just needs small things like cleaning, touchup paint, cleaning gutters, fixing a window, moving a stair railing. Who would I use to make sure all the small things are done? It doesn't seem like I need a General Contractor.

Are these the types of things a property manager would handle? I do intend to put the place under management.

Should I try to find a part time assistant who can arrange for bids? Who would let people in to do work and bid things?

I work full time and live an hour away. I prefer not to go there.

Thanks!
