Any person or entity who in any way acts on behalf of, or in place of, any party of interest with respect to filing a claim for excess proceeds shall submit proof with the claim that the amount of excess proceeds has been disclosed to the party of interest and that the party of interest has been advised of their right to claim excess proceeds on their own behalf.

Receiving a written confirmation from a registered broker-dealer, SEC-registered investment adviser, licensed attorney, or certified public accountant that such entity or person has taken reasonable steps to verify the purchaser's accredited status.I highlighted the "non exclusive" bit, which I think (not a lawyer, though) means there could be other methods.

I would advise looking into several different options and then making a decision.Friends/Family, Borrowing against 401k, Private Investor/Equity Loans, etc...9% seems typical but you could probably find better rates if you have a little time to research.We usually range between 7% and higher for Unsecured Loans & 0% and higher for Secured...Let us know what you find and how things progress - Fun to follow along to see how things work out!
