Hey Guys,

Pleasure to join the community. (sorry it's taken me a while to introduce myself) I'm an investor in the greater Los Angeles area. It seems like the topic of flips is really hot down here, but my goal is to generate cashflow from multifamily buy/hold.

Being that i would like to build some more capital, do you think I should just focus on flips for the time being and work my way into multifamily?

Would appreciate the communities' perspective, particularly if you are in LA.
