Wholesale Question Again
Greetings BPs,
I've almost completed my first deal. However, I just asked the title company for a copy of the pre HUD-1 and it shows that the seller has incur some charges (e.g. title services and lender's title insurance). This concerns me because I stated in the original purchase option contract that "buyer shall pay closing costs" and I specifically told the seller that they would not have to pay ANY closing costs.
Am I missing something here, or, should I expect the seller to incur some charges during closing? Is this a normal part of closing? Please advise.
