I have been following various YouTube channels, books, podcasts to learn what I can.

Another piece of advice that has helped me so far is to watch YouTube videos and attend the webinars here in the BP website.

You cant stuff this into a neat sanitized algorithm/ calculation and compare returns .

I am brand new to REI and have read several books, listened to a ton of podcasts/youtube videos, etc. 

Podcasts, audio books and You Tube videos are a great source for info.

They're free to listen to on this site and also have free video versions on YouTube. 

*If those don't appeal, you could get an NPR interview, FaceBook live the gross violation of your rights, add the video to YouTube, get it to go viral, find an attorney to work pro bono for the media exposure, create a GoFundMe page to subsidize your days off needed to run the Movement, and eventually he'll come over and talk to you  ;)*sarcasm

I have been trying to educate myself through the bp podcast, Matt Mckeevers youtube channel and other readings.Something I've been thinking about is there's another apprentice at my work that I've known for a long time and he too will be making 6 figures in the next couple years.

After having every hiccup in the book and watching lots of youtube videos, having to kick out my top floor tenant and move upstairs near the end of the remodel...the unit had at least one showing a day and rented out a month after it was finished.Lessons learned?
