This is probably more true about my little sisters that got dragged around a lot more than I did, but I've always had an interest in real estate because of his occupation.A few years ago I finally picked up Rich Dad, Poor Dad and have been wanting to convert my income into that investment quadrant ever since.A year ago, when we purchased our current primary residence, I converted our first home into a rental.
