I'm just starting out in this field of real estate and my husband and I are currently in the process of buying our first rental property here in Houston, a new construction at retail value.

I'm very much interested in rehabbing, prepared to work hard and am really hungry for knowledge in flipping houses and would be really grateful if I could have an experienced investor to guide as a mentor.
