Hi all,

My name is Thayson and I have no experience in real estate. I'm happy and eager to start learning and reading but there is so much information that I don't know where to start.

The main reason why I'm interested in investing in real estate is that I want to build a stream of passive income for my mom and myself. After working for some time I decided to move to Europe and continue my studies but sometimes feels that studying will only create debt in which I wont be able to help her in the future, therefore, I would rather start investing in real estate.

I would really appreciate it if someone can suggest me some books and/or which topics on the forum to read to get more educated. Furthermore, my plans are to buy a property in the states and rent to start with and eventually increase this depending on how it goes.

Thank you for accepting me into your community and I hope I can learn a lot from everyone and build up a great network.
