I had an HVAC guy with Hoffman Brothers come out to do a thorough inspection of my water heaters and furnaces before winter. 

The pump works great in this application, too.The only issue we ever experienced was our first cold winter at the cabin. 

My memory of Midwest winters is a bit hazy by now but I've heard that people don't (understandably) want to move in the winter given the weather.

Traveling out there in late winter/early spring to do a bit more research and hoping to meet folks in the industry who I can partner with. 

It was the beginning of winter and snow was killing sales.

This winter, we'll close down for 6-8 weeks to remodel before reopening with a fresh look.

We also advertise with local travel nurses and corporate bookings to help fill weekdays and slow months.We can do social media marketing as well.One of our properties which is usually dead all winter just got booked for 2.5 months.

The longer he stays, the more you move into winter months where it's harder to find a renter willing to pay top dollar.
