How do you find your tenants?

What are places or things you do to be able to advertise your property for rent and get tenants to apply?

I find Zillow to be the best for people to find my rental. I do not use their online application process. I want them to contact me and I'll explain the unit and the requirements. Also use Apartments.com which redistributes to a bunch of other similar sites that are under their corporate umbrella.

I stay away from Craigslist as I try not to rent to meth addicts and most of the interested people flake out.

Many people swear by Facebook, but I cannot support evil.
