Since July of 2014 I have used NREIG for insurance for my rentals but as of November 2021 when they switch payment methods things have gotten progressively worse with regards to my interaction with the company and now that they have "lost" one of my payments (I paid and have sent them the NREIG receipt as well as my bank statement showing the deduction but they can't find it on there end) I am looking into other insurance companies. 

Is the best way to accumulate the most properties the BRRRR method?

Keep an open mind to other marketing methods that can bring you off market leads.

(i.e. the “enemy method”).

I currently own 3 properties in NY (1 - 3 family, 2- 2 family in NY, 1 single family NJ), each through house hacking, BRRRR, and conventional method.

Hello BP Folks,My wife and I are new investors looking to begin the BRRRR method in the Warren/Washington/Saratoga county areas of Upstate New York. 

Specifically, they asked me to run some numbers and asked about the BRRRR method for West Michigan and if it was possible.   

I understand that's a different method than most other wholesalers.

It is NOT about the millions of ways you can "possibly" find a motivated seller... it is about that ONE SINGLE method that actually works!!

@Jake Soper I will do a deal machine marketing campaign and other marketing methods and see what I have the better success with.
