Investing in NYC / NJ?

Vinh Tran
Posted

Hello,

Hope everyone is having a great day. Wanted to reach out to the BP about investing in NJ or NYC. I have a partner and we are interested in multi-unit residential deals with minor value add opportunities. We have a budget of about $1mm, and wanted to link with investors to learn more about their experience investing in the area and building a team. Looking forward to connecting!

@Vinh Tran hey vinh, just want to wish you best of luck on your investment journey. I look forward to connecting with NYC/ NJ investors new or experienced. I currently own 3 properties in NY (1 - 3 family, 2- 2 family in NY, 1 single family NJ), each through house hacking, BRRRR, and conventional method. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions or just brainstorm ideas or analyze deals. I will try to help flex 💪🏼
