For me, the costs broke down as follows:- Online Course: $300- Testing/Licensing: $170- Background Check: $25So, it was about $500 to get my license.On top of that are the brokerage fees, which can be anywhere from $0-300 per month, depending on the brokerage you affiliate yourself with.
