Hey guys I just want to say its an honer to be apart of this great site and I get a chance to be around people who have great thoughts and ideas. I am looking to be a wholesaler myself. I am curious what do i need to get started? I heard you dont need a real-estate license to be a wholesaler, not sure how true that is. Can someone guide me in the right direction
