spent around 10K doing some cosmetic updates and new water heater. got it rented two days after a quick renovation.

So i spent $1200 + 20 hours to make $10k, or something like that. 

So all that money spent on their education went to waste.

How much have you guys spent on ppc for a deal, and is there something I should do on my website to convert visitors into leads?

@Nina Ning not Zillow but Opendoor, they need to have the same disclosures but they often don't know a lot of the time, the upsides are they have no emotional attachment to the home and holding costs really hurt them so you can get under list offers accepted especially for homes that have spent a lot of time on the market. 

In my opinion, is time well-spent.
